Can’t argue with that but for not knowing what’s really going on with this kid’s penchant for drama off field. Uncle Jimbo hasn’t been able to get through to him yet

Hugh Freeze did it at Ole Miss. I’m telling you Chad is a franchise QB. Surround him with his family in Buffalo to help him off field. 1 1
K D Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 And who is the backup QB in Denver now? Interesting move 1
N.Y. Orangeman Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 (edited) The kid has screwed up every chance he's had going back to St. Joes. I wish him well, but I don't want him anywhere near our team. It's really unbelievable that, on the verge of getting a crack to start in the NFL as a QB, he pulls this stunt. Sad. John from Riverside Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 Practice squad eligible right? we took this same chance with cog

Hes not worth a roster spot. Plenty of qbs looked sharp during preseason, find one that isnt a walking team sore. If there is a QB who is not ancient and looked sharp in the preseason and is unemployed, sign me up for him . Edited October 24, 2018 by Bills2ref
Rigotz Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 If he's willing to take a Practice Squad job, I think that would be a huge win for Buffalo. Put lots of family and security around him. 2

And at one time I thought Buffalo would be the worst place for him to play. But now I'm wondering if Jim Kelly could take him in, have Chad live under his roof, and be the tough love giver Chad needs? 2 1
Jauronimo Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 Kelly to Da'Rick will be a lethal combo 3 8

McBean Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 Chad would be the best QB we’ve had under center since his Uncle. I pounded the table for him 2 years ago and I’m going to do it again now. There is ZERO risk and insane upside with signing him. 1 1 3

I guess you could structure a K that lets the Bills out with little to no guaranteed $$ and is incentive laden?
