Two or three years from now if The Bills are a solid bona-fide playoff team this "process" failed miserably.

This was a failed organization since 2001, it just can't be turned into a playoff contender overnight, not possible. 1989 - 1990 Dallas wanted to run Jimmy Johnson and Jerry Jones out of town and it got real ugly.
