SCBills Posted October 21, 2018 Posted October 21, 2018 The entire team looked like they gave up after the Clay fumble. The Offense has been in forfeit mode since jump, but I think the Defense is just done. You can only play lights out for so long when the end result is inevitable.

RaoulDuke79 Posted October 21, 2018 Posted October 21, 2018 We never have balance. If the defense is off, we never have the offense to bail them out and vice versa. There's very little margin for error on defense because we can pretty much guarantee we're not scoring more than 20.

John from Riverside Posted October 21, 2018 Posted October 21, 2018 Defenses are not going to be dominant every game.....the top defenses in the league need help from their offense from time to time.....look at the jags.....a VERY good defense.....even they need help from their offense every once in a while. We dont have that balance because we dont have the players. 1

bobobonators Posted October 21, 2018 Posted October 21, 2018 Id say its hard to stay motivated. I know theyre professionals but theyre probably checked out. They know this offense cant score at all and is good for 2-3 turnovers every week.

Expand I would not be suprised to see some moves if for no other eason McD does not want his defense to check out......cant lose the team just because we are rebiulding.

Beast Posted October 21, 2018 Posted October 21, 2018 Not worried about the defense. Looked to me like they were pressing to make game changing plays because they knew how putrid the offense is. When a defense is tasked with winning a game, games like today can happen. 2
