The answer to all three questions is likely:  "Better than the current occupants of these roles".  I would add throw an out route without a pick.....

Screw the offense....we have already so bring him in........depth on the D!!  Our D is ranked 3rd.....lets try to improve....maybe if we do possibly we can go from 32nd O to hight 20's!!
