McCoy should be traded after the NE game ( likely to be another prime time debacle). This staff has no clue how to run an offense. Gain a pick or two and let McCoy play for a competitive team in PHL for his last couple seasons.

We went from a top rushing team to ****.

Starts with Dabbs. He is just not an adequate coach.

losing arguably your top 2 lineman doesn't help either.

When your GM refuses to fill the holes made from the previous year. A sign of a bad GM.

Our Coach is an egomaniac. His team of incompetent coaches are the reasons why, and he will remain loyal to them to the end!

He has surrounded himself with yes men, and nothing will change until we change him.

Can get rushing TDs when the OC hardly ever calls runs.

42 or so last week in the win.

Imo part of it is his injuries

part is play calling

part of it is holding penalties wiping out drives.

I miss Richie.

Along with Woods, it's obvious so does the brain trust of this team....who are clearly in over their head addressing the offensive needs.

But it's all on Allen right? Don't get me wrong, he isn't helping at present, but he's performing as expected.

There are problems with this offense beyond just one factor, but we have a complete lack of identity on offense, and little to no cohesion between players. This can happen when you have a rookie QB, and Shady and the other offensive captains can only do so much.

This isn't a "culture over strategy" post, but something so fundamental as an offensive identity is severely lacking, and evident on game days. Comparing how our offense plays compared to the Defense, regardless of the score.
