st pete gogolak Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 Well, not in Tampa Bay, just nearby. There's a 35 year old quarterback named Ryan Fitzpatrick who as recently as a couple of weeks ago threw for 400 yards in back to back games. The Bucs aren't going anywhere, Winston will be the starter, they have a young third-string QB, so if the Bills offered something stupid (4th round pick for 35 year old back-up QB?), they'd probably take it. We all know what Fitzy is and what he isn't. He's certainly better than anything on the roster right now. It would be a shame to throw away the year when the D is playoff caliber. This isn't about Allen by the way. Some guys should sit their first year. He's one of them. 5 4
LFC24 Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 what makes you think this coaching staff even thinks there is a problem at QB? this is the same staff that watched peterman all camp and preseason and thought he was good enough to be a starting QB in this league, not to mention traded up in the draft to sign him while ignoring Mahomes and Watson. 4 3
C.Biscuit97 Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 Honestly, we win that game with Fitz. But this isn’t going to happen. 6
BillsFan130 Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 Fitzpatrick is 35 years of age, has been on a few talented teams, (like the jets) and he still has never been to the playoffs. It wouldn’t make sense to bring him in for a variety of reasons

After they get shredded by NE the tank threads will the new Allen sucks threads. Watson was as bad or worse than Allen yesterday. Running around in circles with his eyes looking down at his own feet. 1

Please cut the nonsense out.....Fitzpatrick throws the same amount of INT's as the Clown, backup we have here now.....We don't need Allen, A qb that's already finding it hard to read a Defense, learning from a gunslinger with a weak arm.....NO...NO...NO
billsredneck1 Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 now's the time to call philly and get nick foles.... 3 1

Watson has a trash OL but playmakers Josh Allen can only dream of. If I'm building my team around one of those guys from yesterday, it's Allen. I don't know what's going on with Watson, but he's regressing. Not a bad QB at all, but looking to be more of the Mariota/Winston ilk than Goff/Wentz. 2

Doc Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 What's the question? "How to not evaluate Josh Allen and see if he's the QB of the future"?
Your Brown Eye Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 I was hoping today would be a good day. Then I stumbled across this thread. 2 4 1

Rocbillsfan1 Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 Technically it was back to back to back games and was an nfl record but I think that ship has sailed. Maybe a 5th rounder tops for him.
Skins Malone Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 I love fitz. But this whole offense is a problem. I dont even know what to think about this organization at the moment. 1
