Ya gotta hand it to Democrats. I know of no one else who can yell at people for being condescending misogynist dirtbags, right before they, themselves, become a condescending misogynist dirtbag.

Imagine if a Republican called a woman "a lying dog-faced pony solder."

Yikes...see this is why i wanted this dude to go against Trump...I truly believe there's a good

chance he might lose his cool at a debate and assault Trump. He just seems the type, a completely

deflated, foolish old man with little self control or wits about him.

So who would win the fight?

i wonder how a Bernie/Tulsi looks to the socialist base. i think that would check a number of boxes.

We prefer to be called the "progressive base" or the "social democrat base." There's a difference. Please learn it. You'll have many months this year to do so.

A Bernie-Tulsi ticket would be my dream. I was a Bernie Supporter in 2016 and still am, but Tulsi has actually been my first choice for 2020 since the day that she announced her presidential run. My suspicion is that she has been working in tandem with Bernie all along, taking out enemies of the progressive cause (Kamala Harris, Mayor Pete the Cheat, any Hillary Clinton acolyte) while Bernie the Progressive Godfather does his thing. Bernie already has the name recognition, progressive infrastructure, and built-in army of supporters. Tulsi has been focusing on making inroads with the independent voter majority of this country, as well as war vets, libertarians and other disillusioned Trump supporters in 2016 who have realized that he was a fake populist carnival barker all along. Tulsi's foreign policy expertise also perfectly complements Bernie's domestic agenda.

A Bernie-Tulsi partnership is a strong one and probably the Democratic Party's only real shot at beating Trump. The rest of the Dems are hopelessly mired in woke identity politics, Russiagate conspiracies, divisive impeachment shenanigans, and DNC *****. Bernie and Tulsi (Yang too) have been more focused on policies that could actually help the large majority of Americans who live paycheck to paycheck.

I appreciate your enthusiasm, and it's refreshing to have a genuine Bernie Bros here. Most leftists here just hate Trump and are incapable of words comprising more than two syllables other than #orangemanbad.

Unfortunately, the Dem establishment has it out for Bernie. It doesn't help that the nutbag squad is with him. He should shed them as quickly as possible because the only thing father left than Bernie are those batschitt crazy women.

That said, the reality is that Bernie can't win -- he can't even make it a fight -- for the same reason Obama mopped the country with John McCain's comb over. His body and personality just don't sell. Next to Obama, McCain was essentially a replica of Tim Conway's "Dorf on Golf." At this point, most people watch Bernie and literally see Bernie doing Larry David doing Bernie. He's a caricature of himself, and people are tired of looking at him.

If the economy was crapping the bed, or we were in a bad war, or whatever, maybe. But trying to tell people who are happy with their lives for the first time in years that they're really NOT happy with their lives is a losing plan.

Just being honest. But keep discussing this. You're a welcome voice.

Well, I'd say that whatever judgment makes you believe that Bernie's agenda is appealing or even possible practically or politically speaking explains your position that Bernie with any running mate can beat Trump ?.  Medicare for all would be the largest political and legislative leap in 50 years, and that would be the easy part passing a law.  Then you have to actually have it carried out to the satisfaction of 300+ million people and trust a government that can't manage the entitlements we already have.

Of course the only way to validate either of us is to get a Trump/Bernie match up.  Hope it happens and no I didn't vote for Trump in 2016.

Warren remains optimistic despite financial woes: ‘I’ve been winning unwinnable fights my whole life’

By Ronn Blitzer | Fox News

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., whose campaign may be in jeopardy due to financial woes, remained confident in her ability to overcome the odds, not just in the Democratic primary race, but the general election in November.

If Warren is able to emerge victorious from the large Democratic field, she would have her work cut out for her in unseating an incumbent president. She believes she is up to the task.

From Snopes:

Elizabeth Warren fought with heap big bravery at Little Bighorn

Warren lead Wounded Knee occupation as well

I tried.  4:30 seconds.  Joe Biden “kick in the nuts” was funny, the rest feels like every show they have done for the last 30 years.

The Secret Service.

This is the correct answer, but; what if this impossible scenario were to actually transpire? In my estimation, Biden would easily win a fistfight. I HONESTLY believe we've devolved so far as a nation that the winner of such a fight would be propelled into the presidency.

There are A LOT of informed posters here. Many far more informed than myself. Nevertheless, a great deal of the fealty to Trump from the low IQ faction of his base hinges on the fact that he's viewed as the epitome of masculinity(which I find odd consider his age/fitness level).

That's neither here nor there because the Dems have an unbelievably AWFUL group of nominees.

Seriously?

I don't think Biden has ever swung a punch in his life.  Let alone able to take one.

Granted Trump is no prize fighter either, but after they girly slap each other Trump just needs to get in close enough to sit on Biden

Regardless of how many donut push-ups Joe Biden can do, and regardless of Trump being a 6’ 4” business brawler, the general rule of thumb for two old guys fighting is:  “Push, push, shove, shove,  wild slap ‘**** you’ ‘no **** you’” followed by about ten minutes of gasping.  And by old, I’m talking 40,  these guys are punching the time card near 80.

Buttigieg takes em both out, and only because he’s got 8 minutes in the tank v 45 seconds.

Ya know; I doubt Trump is much of a scrapper at this point, but he's probably got that old man strength.

Pete would indeed likely take them both out, but he certainly isn't winning any national election. Such a pathetic field.

Fighting is about your own willingness to take a punch in order to put a hurting on the other person.
