I thought things of this nature were going to be contained to avoid distractions. You don’t think Josh Allen is unaware of this and will put added pressure on him for today’s game? Unnecessary at this point in the week. LOL, yes you are.
artmalibu Posted October 7, 2018 Posted October 7, 2018 This is good, but it would be better to see more that 25% run plays this week. Doesn't matter who the mentos is if the play calling leaves Allen to hang out to dry.

Heck once McCarron was traded he should have been signed worst case. Having a veteran with a big arm who played at a pro bowl level, even though for just 1 season is valuable for a green player. I feel they were so high on Peterman it detracted from the larger picture and the development of the offense and Allen. This is spot on. Did these guys really not expect bumps in the road for Allen? Did they really not realize how bad the offensive talent around him was? Did they really think that Peterman was capable of holding down the fort until Allen was ready? Every single one of these things was abundantly clear to even casual fans. How can the guys calling the shots be blind to it?!? 4

Lol OR.... the mentor spot is nessassary and Josh continues to grow......but in all fairness I support Josh Allen AND the Bills.

Benching him at this point is an even bigger one. There is no right answer at this point, imo. Many mistakes have been made all across the board. I dont think putting Allen on the bench is a good idea as it may hamper his development- that said- do we allow our rook to continue to take a beating while having no weapons at his disposal? What a steaming pile of dung.

Mr. WEO Posted October 7, 2018 Posted October 7, 2018 (edited) 2-2 in his last 8 seasons. Sweet. And who knew the NFL was always loaded with these selfless "mentors" at QB, doing such great career building for the young guys coming in. BTW< Newton was a rookie Pro Bowler before his "mentor" arrived in Carolina... Edited October 7, 2018 by Mr. WEO
blacklabel Posted October 7, 2018 Posted October 7, 2018 Good. Surprised it took this long. Maybe they felt coaching alone would've been enough for Allen but I always thought they needed a guy who's been in it before. Anderson always made sense to me.
