Former Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano was a guest on the "Rapsheet and Friends" podcast, marking a rare appearance since the Colts fired him after a 4-12 record in 2017.

A well-rested Pagano, who has been working with the league as a consultant, touched on a variety of subjects, including a hope to return to the sidelines armed with experiences.

The dude was carried by Rogers for years. What makes you think having DARNOLD as his head hancho will suddenly put the Jets into contention? They are the Packers offense without Rogers: no play makers.

EDIT: I don't think it's smart to base your own head coaching decisions on another teams moves. That's the equivalent of buying a new car because you neighbor got one.

He was carried by Rodgers AND simultaneously wasted most of his good years by not surrounding him with enough top tier offensive talent.
