I don’t buy the latter for a second. the first time i noticed him in a game he was attacking his punter to the level of it being abusive have had zero respect for him since along with Clemson getting anointed a top 3 team every year from Perry Tuttle until 34 years later they finally did something out there... He was brutal with his punter more than once in a game on national TV haven't seen psychosis like that since Woody got canned.
