Bout what, 45k

His wife would’ve cooked him a steak

Fitty K.  Thing is, if he really did bet 5K on the game and the Vikes had covered he would have only made 2,250 on the bet.

Yep that's why it didn't make sense.  He could have bet a small amount on the Bill's and made more.

I went commando to the local bar to watch the game.... no undergarments passed the sniff test. I THINK I found a new tradition (will need to find some non-metal zipoers for upstate NY weather though!).

I dont think he actually did but if so, It makes me feel that much better about the win.

Maybe the good juju came from the fact that you both got screwed?

This whole conversation does raise an interesting point just how much money do you think people lost on this game?

I believe the term a metric-!@#$-ton is appropriate.

More screwing off the field = less screwing on the field.  I'll take it.

Really?

I was seeing big Vegas books throwing down 9K to win 1K

Never bet against Josh Allen

Actually, I had misread a previous story:

https://www.complex.com/sports/2018/09/somebody-lost-9000-betting-on-vikings-to-beat-bills

I thought a $1000 bet was paying $450, but it was actually a $9000 bet to win $450, probably the same thing that you were referencing above.

That leap is going to be played over and over again.  I love Josh Allen.

Had sex saturday night.

Gotta convince the wife that it's good luck now and I'll be less grumpy if they lose.

Wouldn't work quite that way if it wasn't with the wife...I'm guessing?

Truely an underused measurement.

Sorry to take this tread to a different place, but............

isn't it interesting how much difference coaching makes in the outcome of the game ????

This team was putrid for the first 1 1/2 games until McB stepped in and started calling D plays.

Holy cow !

Then watch the Lions/Pats game and watch Patricia take the lowly Detroit Lions to a win over

the invincible Pats...............WTF ???

I didn’t have one alcoholic drink on game day. I never do that.

Thankfully, I’m not a sepersticious person and have to hold myself to doing that again this coming Sunday.

Went to Sox game.  Wore Sox hat, UB Bulls shirt.  Two Cubs fans enjoyed outcome... So did I as long as Bills won. One of the Guys, My Neighbor had Viking defense & Thielen for WR on fantasy team.  It was revenge for Cubs winning!
