He went right to the Ref and told him it was a pass. He KNOWS it’s a pass because that’s where it’s listed in their playbook! It’s not listed as a running play. It may be an ugly pass, but it’s still a pass!

But that they confirm the bad decision after review? WTH! Even the commentators with their "guest referee" didn't get that one. 1

Daboll agreed that it was a fumble with Allen not possessing the ball long enough.
