I'm kind of surprised the Packers are so heavily favored. They're 1-1-1 and should be 0-3 right now. A classic choke job from a sorry Bears squad and 3 missed FGs from MN's kicker is the difference.

I know they're still dangerous, but I see this as a game a good team should win handily, not a long shot against an elite opponent.

I guess that answers the question Ryan Lewis or Gaines at CB

Sorry to see Murphy inactive, though.

Lewis will get safety help, but hopefully holds up as Rodgers will no doubt test him early and often.

Why risk the rib injury to further damage?

Interesting that Gaines is fully healthy and not even active. The coaching staff must really like what they have been seeing in Lewis and, based on last week, I'd have to agree.

Me too. With Cobb out , Tre can lockdown Adams all day  and GB has a very limited run game and thin on defense .

Sad to see Murphy out, but if Shady is at 80% or higher and we have Ivory in there, the RB duo remains strong. Now, about that run blocking....

Never fear Milton, we have DiMarco.

You are forgetting Jimmy Graham and Geronimo Allison as targets in their passing game.

I was posting about Murphy's rib injury that was sustained last week.

"healthy to play" vs "fully healthy" not same thing.

Guy is 2 weeks out from a dislocated elbow, which med. websites aimed at us ordinary stiffs claim takes 4-6 weeks to heal.

I liked Lewis last week but to be fair to Gaines, Lewis did play with a pass rush in front of him last Sunday.

Oh I forgot Murphy was ribs too. Yeah I expect Edmunds to try and limit Graham, he can physically and athletically match up with any TE in the game, excited to see how he does . But the dl is key , consistent pressure is key
