Jerome007 Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 I hope he does do it again! Just not when there are other defenders just after as in this case. In his postgame interview you can sense he would do it again to win. I prefer that to the QB sneak that was planned. No, not the goal line one, which was perfect, the other one. He was getting ragdolled. Overall he took very little bumps and he got them as sacks, not as a runner.

PlayoffsPlease Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 An open question after this game, should the Bills add some plays where Allen throws the ball, and then sprints 30 yards up the field to catch it himself. He will have to put a bit more arc on the ball, but I am guessing he catches the ball better than his receivers did today. 1 1
Warcodered Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 So JC, Wyoming, and now the Bills I'm detecting a theme.
Nick the Greek Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 He’s gonna hurt himself doing that crap. Tone it down please.
ThunderGun Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 He's definitely gonna do it again... He shouldn't, but he's going to... and it's going to be awesome. 1 3

Domdab99 Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 I'm fine with him using his godless-given talent when running the ball. I'd rather he learn to get the ball out quicker so he doesn't get sacked so much.
Stank_Nasty Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 (edited) Couple of real downers in here. Let the kid play. Out of all the hurdles you’ve seen ball carriers attempt, how many have ended in a bad injury.... any and all times he feels the need to use it, let it rip. Game on! I bet some of you are just a hoot at parties. Loosen up. Seriously. Edited September 24, 2018 by Stank_Nasty 3
HappyDays Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 I'm fine with it. He should do anything he needs to do to get the win. He can slide and give himself up after he's past the sticks. That one hurdle A) shows his teammates Allen is giving everything he has to get the win, and B) gives defenders one extra thing to worry about when he's on the move. 3
Skins Malone Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 Nice catch Hayes..dont ever !@#$ing do it again. 1 1

He definitely reminds me of Kelly, but that hurdle was not Kelly-like. That was the likes of which I have never seen a quarterback do in the NFL. Freakish!! 1
Big C Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 Josh needed to do everything he could to carry us to victory today. We needed this play at the time and the momentum went with us from there. I don't think he will do it all the time but I love that he did it this time.
Warcodered Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 His teammates seem to agree it was great but they'd like to keep him playing the rest of the season. 1 1
davefan66 Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 Dude put the team on his back today. No way his teammates couldn’t respond to what he was doing. Loved the leap, but he’s gotta temper that if he wants to make it through the season.
