Wonder if the Media will destroy Darnolds play next week like they did Allen. I bet not because it doesnt fit the narrative they are pushing

You are mistaken. I didnt say he pulled himself, i said he got benched. Then after the fact he decided to let them take him out for concussion because its better for him this way. Again dont be Naive. Tyrod is tough as nails and if he was winning there is zero chance he lets them take him out and put mayfield in after that weak sack

Does he have a concussion or not? We'll see. No need to argue about it.

Hell no.  He will get a pass.

I don't believe there is a "The Media" in the NFL.  Imagine even getting all of the Athletic, TBN and WGR reporters/columnists/clowns in a room and ask them to formulate a platform, let alone all their counterparts across the country.

They took him in for evaluation. It’s not up to TT at that point.

Darnold looks a bit antsy in the pocket.

I notice the same thing. He's really been "brutally bad" tonight, I'm sure Jon Ledyard will let everyone know about it tomorrow.

He wasnt knocked unconcious so the only way we will know for sure is his own self reported symptoms... not sure what that would prove.

I find it extremely hard to believe he would give up his starting job to the hungry rookie over having his head rattled.

Duh. How many times have great quarterbacks stayed in and come back when they got there bell rung but werent actually KOd? Plenty all the time and Tyrod is tough is nails. No way he comes out for hungry rookie over that weak hit.

He got benched and is saving face. Its 100% clear to me.

Neh.

I'll take that bet.

Darnold looks rough. However,  I am pumped for all this years first round QBs.  I sorta hope they are all decent for the good of the NFL and rivalries.

Darnold can be just good enough to keep his losses to the Bills interesting.

I know that, you know that. But there are some that are insisting he took himself out of the game.

I'm done debating this point.
