I love so many of his songs, it's hard to pick one. Need some clarity.

"Neighborhood Bully" from Infidels. (Can't find the album version.)

Desolation Row

Masters of War

Don't Worry Ma I am Only Bleeding

Hurricane

Tangled Up in Blue

Stuck Inside a Mobile

A Hard Rain is Gonna Fall

That is a great start.  Don't Worry Ma is the greatest poetry in the history of rock and roll IMO

and my recomendation for learning Dylan- start with his first album, and listen sequentially.  His first few he was a folk singer.  Much of his fanbase was outraged when he plugged in.  And then he moved in with The Band and made music.  Then he tracked down a violin player he saw in Greenwich Village, pulling up to her in traffic, and hiring her on the spot.  She played the beautiful violin on Hurricane

I wish I had got him to him more at an earlier age.  When the Lake came along like 15 years ago and played him a lot I realized how great he was.
