Myth busters Peterman won the QB Comp

lets start with:

 

1. he had 90% of the snaps with the first teammers

2. his start against carolina which has the weakest secondary of the teams we played in preseason

3. they used much more creative playcalling in his preason games then others

4. they shuffled the lines when allen was in and he played the toughest group of the bunch and they "somewhat" gameplanned for him on defense.

 

if allen got more reps with the ones and played carolina in preseason he wouldve looked better too.

I like this take. I think he barely won camp if at all. And it felt staged to give him the best route to win camp

 

That said Josh Allen certainly didn't capitalize on his opportunity. On him.. but he was the better QB in camp to me.. low bar tho
