If the Bills brought him in and then Dez pulled some garbage, then at least the Bills tried to get better. This is not an acceptable group of WRs to put on an NFL field and even worse when you consider you are trying to groom a rookie QB. Allen needs help and this isn’t the Tyrod offense. Allen is actually capable of and willing to get the ball to WRs no matter where they are on the field.

1. Even the "NFL Babysitter Extraordinaire" Jurrah no longer wants you even at a reduced rate.

2. Ravens deal was not good enough even with Flacco and/or Jackson pitchin' the rock..

3. Lipstick on his "twin cheeks" is his own.

...what else is there to say?.....

The Ravens were one of the first teams to show interest in Bryant after he was cut on April 13. As a matter of fact, Baltimore was so interested in adding the former Cowboys receiver that it offered him a multi-year deal, according to former ESPN reporter Ed Werder. Bryant must be pretty confident that he can land a big contract after the draft, because he apparently turned down a lot of money from the Ravens.

According to NFL.com, the Ravens offered Bryant a contract that was comparable to the one that Michael Crabtree signed with Baltimore, meaning the Ravens were offering a three-year deal for roughly $21 million. Not only did Crabtree get a three-year deal, but his contract also included a $7 million signing bonus and $11 million total in guaranteed money. If you're Bryant, it seems like a risky move to turn down that kind of money.

The QB of those offenses was Tyrod Taylor who came in as a backup & has returned to his natural status.

Is the Bills offense the same as when Tyrod was the QB?  The answer is no.

So far this season we are 29th in receiving yards. Our offense still has a ways to go before it even becomes respectable at passing. Part of it has to do with having a rookie QB and little to no weapons at WR. Still, it’s not the most attractive option for a vet WR who by all accounts is being very picky about where he wants to go.

Why do people here continue to want over the hill washed up players? Dez Bryant is done, he is cooked. Stick a fork in him.

Sometimes watching this board is like seeing trailer trash on Antiques Roadshow bring in a 'starving artist' painting and hope it is a Rembrandt.

He had more catches for more yards than anyone on the Bills last year.  If your art collection is a bunch of finger paints by a kindergarten class, a starving artist's painting represents a huge upgrade.  We're not looking for Julio Jones here, just anyone who will upgrade the WRs this season.  At this time of year you take whoever represents a short term upgrade and worry about the long term in the offseason.

The key is that Dez doesn't WANT to be here. I think he wants to play for a Super Bowl contender and nothing else. (except maybe a chance to get back at the Cowboys and Jerry Jones) If he was really interested in coming here it would be a different story.

Buffalo is going to have to draft their WRs. No FA WR worth big money will sign here

Disagree...especially if Allen shows promise this season.

Is Dez any better than KB at this point?  I see them as the same type of WR at this point, big and physical (KB's former rep), but not adept and totally lacking in the other areas of being a complete WR.

Do you even know who Dez Bryant is? He is the exact opposite of a leader and motivator....

What’s KB? Just curious. Dez might not be what they are looking for but at this point you might get a guy who has been humbled and just wants to prove he can still play. Either way, we are in desperate need of WR help and he is the best available.

The window for Dez has closed.  The only shot we had at him was after destroying the VIkes and Allens wow game.  The game this weekend is not one Dez is going to look at and go I should sign there.  This is why I felt we should have called him last week before we had a chance to show we still are devoid of talent on offense and suck.

Dez doesn’t have many options or else he’d be on a team already.
