george c Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 Its a little tough to bring in veteran talent with no cap space. remember the amount of dead money from Whaley & co? Trusting the process, in this case, its just like the escape from Shawshank. We’re just at the beginning of the 500’ pipe, and a long way to go, which may include a potential 2-14 season this year.

I was wrong. My biggest concern is that this coach and GM thought he made progress from what he was last season, and deserved to start. This scares the crap out of me. I didn't like the Allen pick, now I am even less confident in this FO when it comes to talent e v a l.

Footwork generally looked OK. Not a lot of silver lining there, but some I am baffled by the punter situation I must admit.

I think a lot of people thought he had made progress even here on this board. Hell, I thought he had gotten better. When the regular season bullets started flying it was the same old Nate. He looked like the post Adrian Wilson hit Trent Edwards.

Remember when he was on the tickets? Morman was great, I just wish I saw his greatness a little less.

This one was a big one, of course. I'm not happy about it, but I'm one of those who tend to look for the positive, and there were positives in this game. The main positive is that Josh Allen did not embarrass himself despite less than ideal conditions in which to get his first regular season action.
US Egg Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 Just now, PlayoffsPlease said: there is no tape. No tape needed to see how bad this team was today.

Your front office, coaches and players go through a lengthy off-season of preparation. The players and coaches are selected, the player payroll is $125+ million. Months and months of work is done by all and in your first opportunity to put it all to use, you get that effort and result that we saw today? It's pathetic. It's outrageously bad. It's inexcusable. We'll see what kind of pride and determination and character this group has next week. If I were the Pegula's you'd have to scrape me off the ceiling when we all meet tomorrow. 1
freeagentqb Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 I personally think they should burn the tape, not look at it.
