There’s one chief. Not sure we could afford him and the two guys we signed on DL. Yes, he would have helped. Just don’t expect to find much OL help in free agency and expect to pay a premium. But hey, we got Bodine. 1

Cap strapped and all that i get it I guess but aggressive spending would have helped that’s my only point. And I will grant that the Bills were in a unique position this offseason with regards to their OL, with the anchor center suffering a career ending chronic injury and the left guard going bonkers. But there were people out there to pay to help the line. How much they give Vontae? Gaines? Murphy? I’ll pass on those 3 and give all the money to one of those linemen.

And Murray didn't blow up the salary cap, he filled it with underperforming players. The proper comparison to Murray is Whaley. I'm not a huge Sabres fan but even I understand that. Reinhart is really good. 7 hours ago, GunnerBill said: Peter King in his weekly appearance on British NFL coverage just called Peterman's starts last year at LA and today "the two worst showings by a Quarterback in recent NFL history." That's not true. He should have said "Since the introduction of the forward pass." 6 hours ago, Coach Tuesday said: Someone’s real name is Fernando Schmude?? Any of the top 25 QBs in the league could have done what Goff did last year.

Can anyone articulate the Process I've been hearing so much about? I wouldn't be surprised if some of it involved accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior. McD is a Jesus freak, Pegula is, and half the players in the NFL are as well. When these guys say they met with a player and really liked him, that is probably code for the guy making some reference to Jesus playing an important role in his life. 2

Well it's about time this Jesus fella stepped up then. Can he play guard? Or Center? Or Corner? Or Defensive Line? Or Wide Receiver? Or Quarterback? If not he sounds like he might not be of immediate assistance.

This aspect of McDermott has always worried me about him. 1
row_33 Posted September 10, 2018 Posted September 10, 2018 Despite all the mud throwing and laughter at the Ravens all the past week on TSW.... they have a very good coach that always preps his team they have a franchise QB that has probably been highly overrated at times, but he still is good and will feast on a team that isn’t going to contain him they play hard at home, take huge pride in their D, which has clearly been better in past years, but they still bring it it wasn’t the road trip that would be forgiving to any mistakes to a struggling visitor So suck it up and get ready for a playoff contending Chargers that does not want to start 0-2 1
Mark92 Posted September 10, 2018 Posted September 10, 2018 I just don't see how this gets any better anytime soon. Our O line is awful. Whoever is behind center is going to have a hard time and our poor run game is going to be in trouble. The defense is never going to be off the feild so they will be gased most of the game. It really goes to show how a bad O line can spiral a team. Ed Oliver or Joey Bosa?
26CornerBlitz Posted September 10, 2018 Author Posted September 10, 2018 (edited) Bills Today: Josh Allen keeping his focus on preparation, staying ready The Breakdown: Marcus Murphy's returns provide a bright spot in week 1 loss On a day where yardage was hard to come by on offense, the exploits of Marcus Murphy were a welcome sight. Murphy, operating as the team’s primary kick returner, averaged 33 yards per return and helped set the offense up in positive field position for drive starts. His returns on the day went for 28, 25, 36, 27 and 49 yards to give Buffalo’s offense drive starts at their own 32, 25, 40, 27 and 49-yard lines respectively. Murphy also had a punt return for nine yards as he split duty with Jeremy Kerley. He was also the team’s leading rusher come game’s end with 31 yards on six carries. Numbers to know How’d the Chargers do? - Buffalo’s Week 2 opponent, the Los Angeles Chargers ran into a buzz saw in their division rival Kansas City. Tyreek Hill provided three touchdowns, two on touchdown catches from Pat Mahomes and one on a 91-yard punt return. It helped the Chiefs sprint out to a 31-12 lead before ultimately beating L.A. by a final of 38-28. Around the NFL: They said it Edited September 10, 2018 by 26CornerBlitz
LeGOATski Posted September 10, 2018 Posted September 10, 2018 That DT rotation was a plus. They stayed fresh all game and the run defense held up. 1
Chuck Wagon Posted September 10, 2018 Posted September 10, 2018 The truly concerning thing. NFL teams don't get beat like THAT. The Browns went 0-16 last year and never once got beat like THAT. Outside of maybe Shady and MAYBE the secondary, our position groups are going to be worse than the opponents in every single game this year. The real question is if this team is going to even be able to support Allen enough to rule out considering taking another QB if we are sitting with pick #1 next spring. Dwayne Haskins is looking really good so far...

Lord Jesus does not want Peterman to be a QB in the NFL, he wants him to retire and go be a youth pastor @ his fathers church. Lord Jesus wants the Bills to be successful, and they knew there was only one way to show Happy Clap the path God wants him to take, hence dramatic the blowout. God sent us Allen to be the future. I think we will see a whole different team next Sunday as our we undertake the Divine Path forward. 1
