Tcali Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 ..I havent been following the bills too closely this off season. But I remember being impressed with O'Leary..Not fast or flashy but always open and didnt drop the ball. Just noticed he is not on the roster. --A possible NE pickup at some point?--This smells like the Chris Hogan situation.
BuffaloRush Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 That’s the thing with O’Leary he does a lot of things ok but does do 1 thing well. That’s why he was cut. I am surprised he’s still out there, I think he’s shown enough to be a decent depth player 3
jr1 Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 he'll get a chance somewhere if there's an injury
whatdrought Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 Seems like San Diego should give him a call. He can help a little across the middle and they have nobody at TE that isn’t injured or 1 million years old. 1

Still can't believe we kept Khari Lee instead of O'Leary 5
BuffBillsForLife Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 Why do people always assume that every player we cut will wind up on the pats? Generally if they can't make the Bills roster they aren't going to make theirs. 4 3

But you're right Clay will get hurt early and we'll just end up resigning Nick... 1
aceman_16 Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 I am amazed that there has been no news about him visiting another team. He was all around decent.
Lurker Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if he retired and moved on to the family business with Grampa Jack...

Prickly Pete Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 (edited) He is good enough to be on a roster, but "unathletic". He moves like a dork. I won't miss him, or hearing again that he is so and so's relation. Edited September 9, 2018 by OJ Tom 1
Bills4everNY Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 O'Leary will putter around in the next few weeks, but I'd bet he will be back playing football again by week fore. 1 1 5
smuvtalker Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 Maybe they got tired of him not wearing gloves, the way they got tired of Wade not wearing a headset. Just spitballin here...cause I have to say I say I considered him a practical lock to make the roster as the number 2 TE behind Clay. 1
ALF Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 Khari Lee must be the blocking TE , slow, I would have kept O Leary

nucci Posted September 9, 2018 Posted September 9, 2018 why does everyone say NE after a Bills player is released? I think they have a decent TE already 1
