When I watch McD, I feel like he knows what he has (he values coach-ability over raw ability) and he seems cool with it. The guy took average talent last year and made it work.   Great coach

Like McD as a coach but I think it’s a bit optimistic to think the bills will get 9 or 10 wins with this roster.   Hopefully they prove me wrong just like last year.
