What if the BPA is a QB?

1) WR

2) C

3) G

4) G

5) RT

6) DB

I would hope some of these needs would be filled in FA.

You trade down again for a pick in that same round and a second pick next year.

This coach will get 1 WR and 4 defensive backs, just like a long string of Buffalo Bills coaches.

Thank you my friend.

It is SOOOO refreshing to see that many others now recognize this after all these years!  It used to be just a few of us.

I think the rule is we only draft an early running back if we already drafted a 1st rd running back that put up 1000 yards.

Well, a part time, undersized scat back could also be worth a top 10 pick.

Time to stack OL & DL aggressively in both draft and FA. We can turn those units around in 1 offseason if we commit w/ the money we have next year.

We do need a WR though...so try to grab 1 somewhere...

WR:
D.K. Metcalf-Ole Miss 6'3 226
Kelvin Harmon-NCST 6'3 213

OL:

DE:
Nick Bosa-OSU 6'4 263
Brian Burns-FSU 6'5 245
Clelin Ferrell-Clemson 6'5 260

DT:
Ed Oliver-Houston 6'3 290

Do we really need to suffer this garbage on the board?

Do we really need to suffer the garbage of people talking like we are the '85 bears every time a guy makes a nice preseason play?

Offensive line or WR ?

Hopefully we go all offense. WR, OL, OL, WR,

We wont have the draft capital to trade up that high

But we really havent done that for a while now besides Tre, who looks to be a great pick.

I do agree that RBs can be had in the 4th or lower rounds. Need the OL though else a shiny new QB, WR and RB can be worth David Carr.

Depends what we do with the 100M in cap space before the draft.

But right now leaning for a heavy offensive draft

Sure FIC, Tre is "good." Absolutely. They also passed on quarterbacks to take him. I have always said that building a team properly is more important than just getting someone "good." Picks like Spiller, Whittner,  McKelvin, etc. destroyed this team and we could go back even more than this.

What do we draft with a top 5 the first overall pick next year?

There, fixed.

If we have the first overall pick unless there is some sure-fire hall of fame type OL. I bet we trade out unless Allen is a complete disaster. Some QB needy team will be looking to trade up and get someone. So we could end up with two firsts in 2020, maybe an extra second in 2019.

Trade down and accumulate picks.

The Bills need a major influx of young talent. They need to accumulate early draft picks and fill as many holes as they can in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd rounds.
