There used to be one on the Thruway westbound, right before exit 45, the I-490 exit. I'd always stop when going that way. Then they made it a Checkers, which is okay, but not worthy of stopping. I've heard that they don't want to expand outside the west/southwest areas of the country. Don't know why; the opportunities are certainly there.
