Movinon Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 Oh what I wouldn’t do for a lamb chop right now --- hey PETA :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:
billsfanone Posted February 10, 2005 Author Posted February 10, 2005 There is no possible way that I am the only one who finds this frigging hilarious.... 234623 Nope. I do too!
KRC Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 I e-mailed PETA: Thank you for contacting PETA with your concerns regarding SaveToby.com, which have been shared with the appropriate staffers here. Sadly, some people regard the Internet as a medium for sick jokes. Often, those who develop or contribute to hostile or otherwise abusive Web sites do so simply to draw attention with offensive content. Of course, such sites are in very poor taste but, unfortunately, are usually legal. Since these heartless people are encouraged by attention, the most effective way to discourage them is to avoid visiting their sites and to urge others to do the same. PETA cannot endorse giving money to SaveToby.com, since doing so will only encourage other cruel individuals to threaten animals in order to extort money from compassionate people. You may wish to complain to the site's internet service provider (ISP) and request that the site be removed. An investigation may determine that the site's content violates the ISP's user agreement. To find the ISP of this site, please visit http://www.H4HA.org/stopcruelty/query.html. You can also submit offensive sites to the Animal Cruelty Action List at http://www.H4HA.org/stopcruelty. It is important to remember that rabbits, as well as millions of cows, chickens, pigs and other animals also suffer and die daily on factory farms and in slaughterhouses and butcher shops. To learn more about ways to stop this cruelty, please visit http://www.GoVeg.com. We hope that you find this information helpful. Thank you for your compassion for animals. Sincerely, The PETA Staff 234607 I noticed in this e-mail that PETA is asking you to protect the animals, instead of them. Ummm...excuse me...isn't that what PETA is supposed to be doing? Why the hell are they asking others to do the work while they just shrug their shoulders saying "Oh well?" Nice organization.

nodnarb Posted March 18, 2005 Posted March 18, 2005 that might be one of the funniest things i've seen in, oh i dunno, a month? brilliance rears its shiny head in oh so many ways. 18 GRAND? Now, would this qualify as income, or several independent, tax-free gifts?

Puhonix Posted March 18, 2005 Posted March 18, 2005 So I'm looking at this site and I'm thinking to myself, this looks like a noble cause. I think I can give some money to save Toby. So I ask Toby, I ask him "Toby, how much should I give?" And you know what he says, he looks at me and says "I need about tree-fitty." Right about then I noticed that Toby is eight stories tall, and a crustacean from the paleozonic era. It was that darned Loch Ness Monster! And I say "Hey Loch Ness Monster, I aint giving you no tree-fitty you hear me!"
elcrusho Posted March 18, 2005 Posted March 18, 2005 This is disturbing if true..... This person should be found and shot! 234252 Never had rabbit before?
stevestojan Posted March 18, 2005 Posted March 18, 2005 Anyone saying this is disturbing or sick, I hope you havn't had a hamburger, steak, hot dog, ... oh wait, ANY meat ever. . .. Just because the rabbit happens to be "cute" doesn't mean it can't be food. Alot of people eat rabbitt. It is socially acceptable in the US (unlike dog, for example).
duey Posted March 18, 2005 Posted March 18, 2005 Too freaking funny! And I just scored myself a very sexy thong.
