I disagree his arm is fine... It's better than a lot of QBs in NFL. Heck it's better than Andy Dalton's arm... It's no Josh Allen arm but Nate arm is adequate.

he doesn't have the zip to complete a standard out without it being a 50-50 pick six.

O'Leary or Clay, gone?

Probably O'Leary. The Clay hatred today seems a bit over-the-top to me.

Areas of major concern:

O-line-- this is seriously scary right now. Losing Wood and Richie hurts an already poor line. I'm not sure if this problem is fixable.

Pass Rush-  it's been a long time since we had a consistent rush. With such bad line-backing play I don't see exotic blitz packages coming.  Can Murphy add anything. Does Kyle have another big season left. If not, this may not be fixable either.  Star is a no-show for big bucks so far.  Maybe Dirty Harry helps.

LB's and 2nd CB. We are getting burned on crossing routes consistently and often.  Good QB's will pick us apart. It's hard to watch receivers crossing the middle so wide open then running for another 10-15 yds.

Peterman couldn’t escape from the 3rd string pass rush yet Magnatard thinks it was Allen’s fault he got sacked by the first string. Quality analysis from a loser...

I never said Peterman was any good... The Bills have a very tough schedule and no franchise QB, yep, high draft pick in 2019.

Turn it off.

I’m not capable of that.... It’s a Bills game. I watch, and pray. I’m not one of those negative folks, but Lordy this has not been pretty. I love the look of the future.

Sacked 5 times, you don't do that to a project QB. Peterman can be an NFL coach after his career if he wants, he has a weak arm but extremely smart and a fast release.

Well they did. They wanted to see Allen sling it and the line didn’t hold up. Until the OL gets figured out I don’t think they’d risk injury by calling those plays in a regular season game. It’s clear the OL wasn’t what they hoped. Reg season is a quick passing game to start. NP might be the option there. If Allen gets injured early, the year is likely a wash for him. Better to let him play the second half of the season a la Goff.

He does, it’s just needs to be on time and placed right. He has less room for error that’s not the same as he can’t make the throw.

He does struggle with the throw, that’s obvious though. I wince when I see him make it.

What did Clay do that impressed you this summer, including this afternoon?

Not correct. Peterman has a nfl arm. Is it a cannon like Allen, of course not but he can make all the throws

He may have an NFL arm.  He may be the starter, which I am fine with.

But he cannot make "all the throws". There is one throw in particular he can't make and I am not sure why they allow him to try.  It's a pick six waiting to happen.

Clay hasn’t looked good.

Clay has sucked.

Remember his non efforts last week against Cleveland? Didn’t even attempt to block on a couple plays.

The Bills have some young talent at TE. I’d say goodbye to Clay.

As a life long Bills fan it is my right to do what I want with this mess. Don't tell me what to do tbh. If you want to be eternally optimistic, go right ahead, because that has worked such wonders the last couple decades...

Worked well enough last season...
