What is an incident rate?

The rate at which a concussion or head injury occurs in correlation to the number of exposures.  Or how many times it happened when correlated to the possibility of it happening.

All those guns in his car. Jesus Christ.

Well, at least the silencer would keep from annoying the neighbors, unless, you know....they were also “silenced”.

He will be found dead somewhere sooner rather than later.

The guy is just a complete mental midget.

his Dad died. His dad was his Hero. and much of his imbalance unfortunately.

not surprised that Richie had difficulty maintaining.

Difficult road he has travelled.

he is hardly a mental midget.

just a bit broken.

the most amazing part of this story

is how he kept it together for 3 whole seasons in buffalo without incident

this is seriously something to consider, excellent thought papa.

Well, he's lucky to be alive.

If this incident happened in Los Angeles, where he's threatening to go out to his car and bring back guns,

and somebody calls the Police...............he'd be a dead man, about a minute after the Police arrived.

I wouldn’t be shocked to find out he was not quite as together as we thought. It’s possible he simply didn’t have a full breakdown but was teetering at times.

losing both football and his dad... he’s at a crossroad here. Very little would surprise me at this point. Hopefully he dives into getting help instead of ending up in jail long term or worse...

Lol. He is white. The cops would have asked for his autograph.  If it was John Miller he would have been shot by the funeral home director and then the police would have finished him off.

No, not in LA.

None of the cops would be white.

All would be about 5' 3" tall and 125 lbs.

Some would be women. Some would be Korean. Some would be mixed race.

All would've emptied their hand guns in the first 2 minutes.

They would've shot Richie first, and then half the people working in the funeral home.

Watch the news some time, buddy.

Did you see how they handled the dude who ran into a Trader Joe's ?

There were about 50 shots fired,  in less than a minute, Into a crowded grocery store.

There's a new reality for crap like this.

They shoot first, and look for the guns in your car later.

Maybe not in Scottsdale, but definitely in LA.

I think Eric Wood and Ryan Groy had a lot to do with this.

His dad's funeral.  And I agree, how do you let a guy out on bail who has had prior stays in mental facilities and has 5 guns in his vehicle?  Seems odd.
