I've been super impressed with McLeod through the first two preseason games. Plays much quicker than his combine results would suggest.

He looks to me like a guy who'll have a long career as a slot receiver/return man. Sure hands, elusive in the open field, "slippery." Obviously not a burner, but a valuable asset for a team with a young QB and a porous line.

I think we got a late round steal with this dude.

Possibly. I was of the belief Murphy’s emerging play -including ST’s, likely makes him expendable. But no denying he & Allen ‘have a thing going on’ and we’ve never had the Edelman-type WR the Pats* so famously utilize and both could be effective in.

But if I had to guess, I’d say he’s pretty far down an uninspiring WR depth chart at this time.

Ray Ray has impressed me whenever he is in there.  He seems to have a good rapport with Josh too.  He makes plays.  We don't have too many of those guys on offense

I wouldn't set anything in stone, but at this point, I would assume so. We've seen some spark from him, and although 6th rounders are often expendable, it appears that he would be worth the gamble. I also don't trust that he wouldn't be picked off the practice squad.

I like Ray-Ray. He can be a good slot and a good gadget guy. Returns kick offs and puns. Valuable guy. If we release him he will get snatched up.

Agreed. Someone else mentioned he wouldn't be safe on the practice squad. I don't think we're in position at WR to be releasing guys who'd be snatched up by another team.

He's not going to solve our woes on offense. Never going to be a game changer. But I've seen enough to believe he's got the skills to be a valuable asset and a guy who can get open quickly and make something happen after the catch. That's a good skill set for a team with a young, strong armed QB and serious issues at OL.

I don't see a damn thing from Jeremy Kerley.
