Captain Caveman Posted August 20, 2018 Posted August 20, 2018 Yeah, I know people are down on the Browns watching Hard Knocks, but I think they get it done this year. I think we're due for some regression.

It is 2799 and 14 isn't setting a real high bar especially for a 7 year vet with 43 starts under his belt.
Buffalo_Stampede Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 (edited) Browns will win 6-8 games. Bills 4-6. Edited August 21, 2018 by TheTruthHurts 1 1

It’s not a high bar at all. Which only furthers my point that outside of Allen neither of these other two scrubs will achieve it in their..... entire....career.

McCarron has started 4 games in his NFL career and has 1132 yards and 7 TDs. Yeah I don't think he would have a hard time surpassing Tyrods 2017 passing numbers.
Lfod Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 (edited) I'm going with Buffalo. Do I bet on a team that has to completely turn it around or a team on the verge of greatness? I can't be serious about this situation. Edited August 21, 2018 by Lfod
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 The Browns will be the Browns and by Halloween there will be one or two more headstones in that guys yard.

I have Cleveland pegged for 6-8 and Buffalo for 4-7, so there's some overlap where Buffalo could end up with more wins, but I'd lean towards Cleveland personally.
1st Ammendment NoMas Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 Bills by virtue of coaching. Hue Jackson is a mess, so even with more talent, he will screw it up. 1
Green Lightning Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 If our run D and LBs don't seriously improve, the Browns.

OldTimeAFLGuy Posted August 21, 2018 Posted August 21, 2018 Lots of bets on the Browns in Vegas Posted by Michael David Smith on August 21, 2018, 11:54 AM EDT The Browns have been the worst team in the NFL two years in a row, but that doesn’t mean no one will put money on them this year. In fact, Las Vegas sports books are seeing a steady stream of bets on the Browns to get to the Super Bowl. “There are more bets on the Browns to win the AFC North than the other three teams combined,” a sportsbook manager for Caesars Palace told ESPN. “Only the Raiders and Steelers have more bets to win the AFC [than the Browns]. The public likes the Browns, and I’m not sure why.” https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2018/08/21/lots-of-bets-on-the-browns-in-vegas/

That put them in the divisional round “ Bo Jackson hip injury” game at LA Raiders. A week before the Bills first Super Bowl berth. Damn that was a long time ago. Of course, our Bills last playoff win was vs MIA in 1995.

SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 I'll admit I was wrong. Too bad they don't play NE twice a season. Steelers and Bungles took a dive in performances
teef Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 i was in show me mode with the browns and they did it. still...meh. 1
papazoid Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 browns having more wins than the bills was my #1 bold prediction in a couple other threads back in august....never saw this one. i'm going to say identical records for 2019
