JESSEFEFFER Posted August 19, 2018 Posted August 19, 2018 Not sure if anyone agrees, and they only showed the replay once without any comment on the Bills broadcast but I thought Kyle was a victim of an egregious, unpenalyzed chop block. It would be a shame to have a career like his to end on a play like that. 1

I hope they just sit him out the rest of pre-season and maybe even week 1, they have Phillips to take over his role.
Kelly the Dog Posted August 19, 2018 Posted August 19, 2018 At first I thought this was just the title of the sequel to the great French new wave auteur director Eric Rohmer's 1971 masterpiece, "Claire's Knee." I assume that's also what most people thought.

26CornerBlitz Posted August 20, 2018 Posted August 20, 2018 Confirmation of what Wawrow reported yesterday. 1
TigerJ Posted August 20, 2018 Posted August 20, 2018 Sounds like a simple sprain - maybe a stretched ligament, and no tear.

Soda Popinski Posted August 20, 2018 Posted August 20, 2018 I saw the replay and have to admit my lower lip was straight quivering. 1

Most importantly it probably means no surgery required, which is what drags the recovery timeline out wrt knee injuries. Awesome news if true.
