Maybe Jalen should spend a little more time working on his craft so that he doesn't get burnt by Bills' castoffs:

A bum on one leg shouldn't be able to smoke you like that in his first week back, let alone catching passes from a bottom-third QB that can only start for the worst team in football.

Obviously the above is tongue-in-cheek, but Ramsey needs to check himself.  Best corner in the NFL?  He might not even be the best corner on his team.

Also, maybe you could work on not getting lit up by TJ Yates for 40+ yard completions, Jalen.

Good player not good person.   I think his talk is racially charged on the heels of Allen's predraft twitter scandal.  I really do.   Ramsey is a great corner.   But he's not a great person.

We have a winner. Good call Soda POP. Ramsey, Adams and I'm sure others as well are obviously peeved over comments Josh made when he was a teen. They are natural trash talkers and DBs so Josh makes the perfect target.  With what we know about Jalen are you going to tell me he's never said anything stupid or offensive in his teen years? Notice that he made no comments about the other drafted QBs like Darnold, Rosen, Rudolph, and Fauk but glowed about Lamar Jackson. Calls Tyrod and under rated MVP caliber player,.. WHAT!!! That alone says all you need to know. How do you call someone trash who has yet to play a down or decent and when they have 2 rings (Ben and Eli) and give all the credit to their WRs? How in the world can you spew this nonsense when Bortles is your QB?

?So....Good:

Taylor

Jackson

Bad:

Roethlisberger

Flacco

Allen

I think I get it.

Wilson is good too.

Watson is a future MVP.

It's pretty obvious that he hates most white QBs and likes all the black ones. Seems like a racist to me.

I wouldn't label him a racist based on his comments. People throw that word out too freely nowadays and it does more harm than good

Indeed. I wish he was on the Bills.

My favorite part...

And just being honest about it, [Joe] Flacco sucks. I played him two years in a row. He sucks.

Only an idiot would judge a superbowl winner by two games in his career.  He obviously didn't see Flacco's high point in Denver as I did.  Maybe he is not what he was but he still has a ring and earned.  What has Ramsey earned?  Some writer awards?

Haters gonna hate.  I agree this seems an awful lot like a lash out at white QBs.  It's just lockerroom garbage at this point.  Shut up and play the game.

I'd say the same thing to KB when dissing Cam & the Panthers...  I get that a reporter asks you a question and you feel you have to go off a bit...

I think this was one of Levy's strongsuits - he was able to manage the personalities which were numerous and varied.

I thought the same. The only one he had something positive to say about was Deshaun Watson.

basically I look at it like this... If a white player came out and basically named all the black QB's and said that they're all "trash", it would be all over the media that that player is a "racist". Just sayin'

I love it! Trash talk in football is so much fun. Having the majority of players now talking to the media like they're interviewing for a country club membership is bad for the game. I think a major reason why NHL ratings are so rancid is because of how bland and boring the personality of the stars are (outside of Ovie and Sean Avery 10 years ago). That said, I hope Allen goes 158.3 when targeting him in November.

I'm guessing he is not basing his praise of Tyrod on the Buffalo vs Jacksonville playoff game they competed in last year.  He would have had an up close look at these MVP worthy stats!  134 yards, 46% completion, 3.62 yard avg, 0 TDs, and a rating of 44.2.

Bortles is not "his Quarterback".  I think if you asked Ramsey his true opinion on Bortles you get a similar spewing of bile toward him. Not defending his view on Allen or anyone else... his calling people out is childish and needless. But I do think if he thought he could he would call Bortles out too. There were plenty of times he alluded to it in post-game interviews last year.

I agree about that word being thrown around freely these days but he would throw it freely around towards someone who is white so I'm going to call him out on his blatant racial bias.

There's always been a common theme with all the players who won't stand for the flag. They seem to be pro-black on everything and anti-white on just about everything.

I don't get how some on here new refering to him as the best CB in the league. How can anyone forget S Gilmore? Clearly the best in the league right now. ?

Ramsey can say whatever he wants as he is a great player, but I find it unnecessary.

I’m already rooting for Allen to become a great player, and all this talk towards the rookie makes me hope he can prove them wrong even more.

"I don't care what nobody say."....lol  classic Ramsey.

Ramsey should concentrate on updating his wardrobe more, and worrying less, about a rookie QB outside his division who he may never face in his career. If JA is already under his skin he will be a basket case if JA burns him deep someday. He might start mumbling incoherently.

Video of Allen’s response

A mature and professional comment to an unprofessional interview.

He made the comments so he invited the response.

If the situation reversed with a white player commenting on black QBs in same manner, would it be different?

Some of the people who are trying to turn his into a race thing are the same ones who complain about everything being about race.  News flash: plenty of people of all races thought Allen was a bad pick.  Watson was playing at a MVP level before he got hurt.  Joe Flacco hasn’t been good in years.  Ramsey has never played against a healthy Luck, who was becoming overrated.

Some of you care more about this than Allen does. It just makes for more hype when we play them.
