Captain Hindsight Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 Not that I'm aware off. Although at times it may have helped if some had 1 2
Saxum Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 Has the NFL fined him for uniform violations yet? 1
Fadingpain Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 That's hilarious. I like this, simply b/c the stunt took some planning and preparation. I can see a guy like that blending in and keeping the hoax going for quite a while actually. 2
The Jokeman Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 Meanwhile the Bears' backup QB, Chase Daniel, dressed like a fan getting autographs from his teammates https://cltv.com/2018/08/08/watch-bears-qb-chase-daniel-pose-as-a-fan-to-get-autographs-from-his-teammates/ 5
Albany,n.y. Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 Starting in 2006 for three and a half years, some guy stood motionless on the Bills sideline and people thought he was the Bills head coach. It took until late into the 2009 season before someone got wind of it & removed him from the sidelines. 1 9

Your Brown Eye Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 That guy is in pretty good shape. Rarely is a Bills fan in good shape like that.
Augie Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 (edited) I actually played two games at free safety for the Bills in the mid 80’s. Nobody noticed. I was an upgrade. . Edited August 14, 2018 by Augie 1 2

Royale with Cheese Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 If it’s only a fine, I don’t blame him. It’s a great conversation piece.
NoSaint Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 Deadspin had an article a few years back about a dude that applied for press passes to braves games. Just made up a newspaper name. He was consistently approved for full access for a couple years and hung out in the club house. There have been a few remarkable stories about guys that dressed out and sat at the end of the bench at basketball games etc... but post 9/11 it’s probably a lot more likely to catch you a felony than it would’ve 20+ years ago

That, and the fact he was wearing pads on a day they weren't practicing in pads (and he had a different color uniform on). His stunt probably didn't last long when he botched so many things, but still funny he tried.
The Process Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 Did anyone see the guy who dressed up like TB 12 in Foxboro? He .....(fill in the blank here.....)......

Sounds like he got busted early and tried to convince players to let him stay: https://triblive.com/sports/steelers/13963536-74/steelers-fan-in-full-uniform-sneaks-onto-field-with-team 1
