Another Fan
I stumbled across the music video Virtual Insanity all these years later. The song was done in 1997 but really seemed to predict the smart phone age we live in. Of course if that was their intention. Any thing else?
Fr. Jerk
That Michael Jackson movie where he turns into a robot at the end. 20 years from now everyone will turn into a robot at the end of movies.

The Real Buffalo Joe
Can't find the video, but I have a DVD collection of the Ed Sullivan episodes with The Beatles. From back in 1964. They had a stand up comedian talking about how they have payphones everywhere. He said [paraphrased] "Before you know it, we're all gonna be carrying small telephones around right in our pockets." Heavy Kevi
I don't know if this fits your definition of "before it's time", but Orwell was a goddam prophet.
Soda Popinski
If you watch Event Horizon in 1998 there was an Ipad being used in it 10 years before Ipads were a thing
Fadingpain
This was definitely ahead of its time: the Daimler Benz DB601 12 cylinder engine of WWII. First run in 1935, with mechanical fuel injection. NASCAR racing cars still use carbs, 83 year later. Edited August 13, 2018 by Fadingpain
