Green Lightning Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 I haven't got a chance to get to TC at all this year. So Murphy really stood out to me. He's shifty and runs hard.

vincec Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 He's certainly a better runner than Cadet or Jones, but they play special teams so it's close.
BuffaloBillyG Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 The kid is pretty darn good. Runs with the kind of frantic intensity that I haven't seen since Whaley went rogue. 1 1

Murphy returns punts so he has special teams in his arsenal as well. He's clearly better than the other two and will be on the 53.
DJB Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 He looked like he had more juice than Ivory. He should make it
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Murphy was good against Miami in what ended up being one of the biggest games in 2 decades. I have expected him to make the team all along. He is good. 1 1
Freddie's Dead Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Tho thumbs up for "Charlie" Murphy. Dude runs like a maniac, loved him last year.
34-78-83 Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Murphy makes this team barring an unforeseen setback 1
Pete Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 I think Murphy and Ray Ray make the team. Murphy looks like he is a good receiver too. And special teams- it's a no brainer he makes the team.
Formerly Allan in MD Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Murphy's burst and speed were quite impressive. One thing's for sure, Ray Ray doesn't dodge bullets. 21 minutes ago, 26CornerBlitz said: You might have to salute Cadet too. Good possibility.
Wagon Circler Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 He looks stronger than last year. Played great tonight.
Kelly the Dog Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 1 hour ago, 26CornerBlitz said: You might have to salute Cadet too. Murphy was very, very good, in a lot of ways. There is a decent chance that he is the 3rd RB they release Cadet and Jones, and then keep Ray Ray as kind of the fourth RB. That's what I would like to see. That allows an extra WR to be kept, three different kinds of guys between Shady, Ivory (who I always loved) and Murphy. Cadet is decent and I wouldn't mind him but Murphy runs very hard, is shifty, can catch, is fearless, and can return kicks. He was one of the 3-4 most impressive players on the field tonight. 1

Roundybout Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 I am disappointed by Keith Ford, though. He looked like garbage tonight.
metzelaars_lives Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 If history is any indicator, when a bubble Bills running back or receiver looks really good in the preseason, he'll definitely get cut. 1 1
