TuelTime Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 It looks like the Bills will be carrying 3 QBs on the roster this year.

But man, this 3rd string offense around him is so brutal, it’s almost impossible to properly evaluate him. Let’s hope the coaching staff figures this out at some point. It’s not even a fair evaluation. Don’t think the coaching staff has any interest in Allen playing this year.
SoCoBills Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 (edited) Meh I really couldn’t get a feel of Allen from this performance. I honestly couldn’t tell you if he was awful, okay or pretty good but I’m leaning towards sub par with flashes of ability. He looked like a rookie. Unsure and a bit antsy. Poor OL and WR play didn’t help though. Edited August 10, 2018 by SoCoBills 1
Mrbojanglezs Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 This isn't valuable practice for Allen 3rd team OL is just awful. 1
Elite Poster Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Allen not doing great, but getting ZERO help. I hope they give him the second team next week. This is hard to watch.
Freddie's Dead Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Just replayed the "dive" play by Allen. Even though he landed at the 43, they placed the ball at the 42, which is where his feet left the ground. It kinda sucks how this will be called if it's this way on 4th down. Gonna be a lot of bitching if that's the case.
1st Ammendment NoMas Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 (edited) They have been saying that Foster has been regressing since the pads went on. Now we clearly see it. He's not even making the PS. Proehl is gone. It may be Ray Ray or Reilly for the last spot. Edited August 10, 2018 by BillsRdue

stevewin Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Should put the 2nd string OL in just to give JA a fighting chance
SoCoBills Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 (edited) Whoever said Foster sucks - to be fair - if Allen threw 2 separate deep balls accurately Foster would have a stat line of around 160 yards receiving and 2 TDS. Edited August 10, 2018 by SoCoBills

So true, kinda what he had to work with while at Wyoming. ? The first stretch of eight games this season is brutal, so I hope they sit him for the first half and let AJ, and Nate takes the pounding.

I guarantee it will still be a mess come week 18. Ahh ok gotcha. Ya I can really see this rule being a disaster
