It happened in 1976/ Never forget it. The Locker Room, a bar on Delaware in Buffalo, had a Halloween Costume Party. I guy came in dressed like the victim with a flagpole through him. He won $500.00 first prize. That was a lot of money back then.

Buffalo City Hall is one of the finest examples of art deco architecture you will find in the world.   Architectural students study it from all over.

Highly recommend a tour of the building the next time you are in town.  Amazing detail.  And view from the observation deck is very good too.
