aussiew Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 What? He didn't have any porn magazines under the mattress?
stevestojan Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 Most of the magazines and videotapes featured grown women, but Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Deputy Karen Shepherd testified to finding a book titled "Camp Cove, Photos of Sydney Men", and another titled "Dress up: Playacts and Fantasies of Childhood." Among the videotapes seized in the police raid was one titled "Believe It or Not", which promised a variety of unusual sex acts. I say if you're even looking at porn that is showing 18+ people, but they are insinuating that they are underage, you should be locked up...
Beerball Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 In a plastic bag? What kind of porn to you keep in a plastic bag? Stojan? Anyone?
TigerJ Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 If some of the porn was dated after the alleged incidents for which Jackson is being tied, it only proves he hasn't changed. If I'm a juror, I'm not going to be thinking, "Oh he only just started this recently."
dib Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 What? He didn't have any porn magazines under the mattress? Yes, but they were stuck to it and couldnt be introduced as evidence.
aussiew Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 Yes, but they were stuck to it and couldnt be introduced as evidence. Beerball: Perhaps toys are kept in plastic bags
stevestojan Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 Beerball: Perhaps toys are kept in plastic bags 278132 So, you're saying Jacko was using a butt plug? That's a thougt that will be forever burned into my cerebellum...
John Adams Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 So, you're saying Jacko was using a butt plug? That's a thougt that will be forever burned into my cerebellum... 278134 (Dude- that is one limp-wristed avatar.) These prosecutors are going to lose this case huge. The witnesses are professional exotrtionists who can't get their lies staraight. And the best porn the prosecutors can find is text porn. BFD. Don't get me wrong. The guy is almost assuredly a pedophile, but this case is a joke. He's getting off on this, and he should.

Your argument cuts both ways.

If he had concentrated more in interviewing all of his witnesses he wouldn't be the joke that he has exposed himself now. Or at least coached them to say the same damned thing!
sweet baboo Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 barely legal isn't porn made to simulate pedophiles... it's porn showing the debauchery of freshly innocent legal women...some people get off on that not sure why i know this Ed Harken:[on the phone] Well, really, I don't know where he would get his hands on German pornography... but really, as adults, its not like we haven't seen our share of pornography in... Oh you haven't? Well, neither have I, I was just speaking in generalities... listen, I have to go, we'll talk about this later, Sister Margaret.
stevestojan Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/03/17/jackson.trial/index.html according to this article, the housekeeper testified that she knew the kids were drinking and sleeping with jackson. By not reporting this immediatly, isn't she guilty of endangering the welfare of a child?
Surfmeister Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 Black support: I wonder why blacks support MJ so strongly when MJ has done so much to turn him skin and features white. It's not like he's Jamie Foxx or Seal?
SDS Posted March 18, 2005 Posted March 18, 2005 Black support: I wonder why blacks support MJ so strongly when MJ has done so much to turn him skin and features white. It's not like he's Jamie Foxx or Seal? 278689 MJ was probably a victim of Vitiligo - which turns your skin white in blotches. He probably bleached his skin to even the tone. However, his nose job is vile....

The defence has blown a hole a mile wide in the witnesses credibility. Unless the prosecution has something up it's sleeve, there's no way they should get a conviction in this case. "He's getting off on this, and he should." (Unfortunate turn of phrase )
