Freddie's Dead Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 McCarronbeard running the cliche's during his live interview with Murph and Taskbeardy. On whether he's getting even reps "That's above my paygrade". On what he has to do "I just have to execute the plays". Yawn. Dude is a pro at giving the vanilla interview.

You should aspire for vanilla. It would be a huge upgrade from this post. I’d rather have vanilla than a guy who puts his foot in his mouth every time he speaks. 1

Lfod Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 (edited) I'm sure in his head he's thinking I wanna be the starting Bills QB and have a good season that gets me a contract to make my hot wife stay with me. I have a two rookie chumps to beat out and one had a 5 interception game. He might just be thinking that the Bills is just another gig extending his time in the NFL. He might be thinking I just walked on to a team that was doing squat on offence twords the end of last season. He could really know deep down that starting for the Bills will probably not go well. You came in telling the OP he should aspire for vanilla. Are you sure that you weren’t coming in here just to wave the Bama flag around? Seems like a strange way to start an intelligent conversation.

Give me a script of what McCarron should have said that wasn’t so “vanilla”. 11 minutes ago, Lfod said: I'm sure in his head he's thinking I wanna be the starting Bills QB and have a good season that gets me a contract to make my hot wife stay with me. He’s a cocky guy, but he has a filter. I suspect that he thinks he should be the starter and that’s his expectation. Whatever his fate is, he will be a team guy.

I couldn’t care less what he says in a presser. All I care is that Allen gets his laser pointed in the right direction and wins the job in the very near future. I’d rather watch Taylor than Nate or AJM. With their arm strength they would be better off calling UPS and having it deliver on deep outs. Guaranteed arrival and it might even get there quicker.

How did Taylor look in his playoff appearance? 1 1
YoloinOhio Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 McCarron has actually looked a little better than I expected

I disliked Taylor, mostly because he had the blinders on presnap. With that being said, how do you suppose AJM would have played against the Jags? I don’t see that turning out any different.

She says she’s 5 months along and it was getting tough to hide anymore . Based on the pic I saw yesterday, I just thought she came from Nick’s garbage plates. Barely a bump. 1

I'd be willing to bet that we would have scored more than 3 points had AJ been in the game over Tyrod. That is - without having been exposed to the offense for any period of time throughout the year and coming into the game cold as a starter. 1

If I had to sit down and watch one of them I’d pick Taylor. He is more exciting and I’d expect the end results to be about the same.
