Here is a more recent, and sadly accurate version of what is happening in LA County.

While mental health plays a small role in some of these homeless folks, even the LA Times knows who's been at fault for years.

The city created this problem because they destroyed any assemblance of affordable housing while happily filling the streets with illegals. Any thinking person can read that article and see how the super majority has NO INTEREST in helping these people. They simply fight with each other and scrape the waste off their shoes before they head home to their beautiful homes, away from the   depravity they've helped create with their selfish policies.

But hey...that Reagan...he was a travesty for CA, amirite?!??

Yes you are!  -Reagan was the one who signed off on amnesty to 3 million undocumeted aliens back in '86!...   Guess you forgot about that while blaming a "Democratic supermajority" for "flooding the streets" with illegals...

Now tell me...why does the Dem super majority in CA care more about a bullet train to nowhere than helping the 114,000 Ronald Reagan put on street?

 Seems you also forgot  the California "bullet-train" was originally Scwartzennegger's Baby!  -The Republican Governor and nanny-banger even flew to Japan to study their high-speed rail model!

But facts don't matter to the far right…  Their sad lives are lived vicariously through the vulgar Republican celebrities-turned-inept-politicians they idolize.

Please ensure you tell that to all your socialist friends when they attempt to avoid the high tax rates of the coastal elites. They don't want to go anywhere near that Northern Idaho.

Puh-leze… While you're freezing your ass off up there, I'll be on the beach in Encinitas taking sun...

The LA Times broke down the homeless problem in words even you could absorb. But that's not good for you because it differs from your predictable need to blame someone else.

Then you shift blame for homelessness in CA from Reagan as governor, to not-really-Reagan, to Reagan and Pete Wilson, to Reagan as president, before trying to pin the bullet train on a RHINO who only became governor because the Dem's corrupt governor literally got him recalled by the most liberal state in the union.

And yet through all your mind-numbing yammering, one thing remains clear:  EVERYTHING is a Republican's fault. Classic liberal response to all problems.

And just a reminder, you don't need to live in CA to sit in the sun in Encinitas. Anyone can visit. They just need to jump on that bullet train...

Oh, wait. There is no bullet train. Just $100 BILLION  lining the pockets of the left super majority. If only that money could be used to fix all the problems you claim were caused by the GOP 50 years ago.

I find your incessant whingeing about California's left a bit embarrassing considering they just chased you from the state!... But hey, that's what cowards do.. -RUN.  If I had a dollar for every gutless, bigoted, chickensh_t argument put forward by the right, I could probably fund my own bullet train to Idaho.

Today I learned that individuals who vote with their feet are cowards.

There was a time when a mindless leftist like yourself would listen to someone like me be critical of the state I lived in and yell "If you don't like it, then leave!"

Now you're calling me a gutless, bigoted, chickensh(t coward?

You've literally turned yourself into the online version of Grover Dill, a little toadie unable to think for himself, sitting on the coattails of a dumbass bully known as the DNC,  resorting to useless name-calling as you sit in your co-dependent cubicle waiting for the day when any leftist policy ever works for anyone other than your overlords.

Come back when you're able to generate an original thought, Grover.

I'll remember that the next time the left threatens to run to Canada.

You mean those heroes who heroically refused to be bullied by the deplorables into leaving their country following Trump's stolen Russian colluded victory (after promising to leave if he won)? They deserve purple hearts or something.

Where did you move to?

I didn't move yet. We're in the process of getting our house ready to put on the market in March.

We've visited a number of states based on weather, tax rates, etc. and Northern Idaho really hit home for me. I grew up in the Catskills by the ski slopes and Northern Idaho is a lot like that, without the poverty.

I tried to be brave and stay in CA so they can get my $12K a year in property tax, and ridiculous gas taxes and sales taxes and income taxes, but in the end, I was just too much of a coward and felt like I needed to leave it people more brave than me to keep tossing all their hard-earned money into a bottomless pit of homelessness, needles, feces, and  bullet-train corruption.

Good for you.

Idaho is pretty.

I got a dog there.  Great dog.

Have fun and get a good price for your house!

But they never actually go. They keep threatening that they will, but once again prove that their word isn't worth the paper they print food stamps on.

They change their minds when they find out Canada has much stricter immigration laws than we do.
