NFL will suspend and its up to Bills if they keep him. The second he goes to prison. That's all I was saying and I agree any connection in anyway he is toast both NFL and potentially life wise. Except if that's what happened, it will take cops all of 30 seconds to get his buddies to cut a deal to say Shady paid them to beat her up, whether it's true or not.

But no, Shady should be guilty until proven innocent just like the judicial system is supposed to work. And we're the morons... o_O Actually many appear to be blaming her friend who decided on day of court to throw many unrelated nasty hashtags out.
scribo Posted July 10, 2018 Posted July 10, 2018 If he did it himself, it'll be fairly easy to prove given the motive is so clear. Tracking vehicles, credit cards and of course phone is insanely easy. In the same way, it'll be easy to prove if he wasn't in the area. As for the conspiracy that he may have paid someone to pay her this visit, that could be proven all too easily, as well. I think they will be able to determine who was there. Being that the house was on such a small street, it likely will be possible for the police to find other cameras and track who's cell phone was connecting to the towers at that time. Speculating is fun, but I think we will end up with facts in this. 1

Renter who missed several rent payments promised to make up but then missed another payment. When we gave eviction notice we were told we had to give more notice and when she finally left she wrecked the house interior. Same thing happened to my parents. They rented the house out to a local cop. He was late on rent and they couldn’t just evict. Eventually when they had to leave....destroyed the interior. My dad is the most thorough person though and had it covered. He took over 80 pics of the interior of the house the day before the cop moved in. Then took the same pics of the interior the day they moved out. My dad sued and won. The Judge even ripped the cop in the court room because he was a cop.

Doesn't matter what he told them. If they entered the home with force, Shady will get the same invasion charge they get, and every charge after the invasion. It will be just as he was there with them. It don't matter what he told them. If they entered with force, it will be bad for him. If he's tied to it. 2
Cmdjr85 Posted July 10, 2018 Posted July 10, 2018 He didnt do anything, he will never see a courtroom. Unfortunately the nfl can suspend him down thr road just because they can.

Although keep in mind this is a unique situation where the player didn't lay hands on the woman. If he is within the law and his rights, does the NFL suspend?
BringBackFergy Posted July 10, 2018 Posted July 10, 2018 Felony murder rule (someone dies by accident during the commission of a felony) and “transferred intent” (swinging your fist at one person and another person gets hit) may come into play here. Not saying anyone was murdered, but the same concept holds true. If Shady told a buddy “Go to my house and get my stuff” whatever they did and any injuries resulting therefrom as per his initial direction can be connected back to him. Kind of interesting to see what the end result is. 2

DrDawkinstein Posted July 10, 2018 Posted July 10, 2018 I wonder if Shady made friends with another famous Bills running back who has a history of breaking into places, demanding his stuff back, and beating women.... Anyone know where OJ was last night?!?

If they did it on his behalf, he will get a conspiracy charge. Go look at what happened to rae carruth.
GunnerBill Posted July 10, 2018 Posted July 10, 2018 Only just catching up with this. So... allegations made, picture posted, Shady denies. Let's hope this is not true. 2
