Okay, so I have a theory that hasn't been put forth yet, and accounts for all of the known facts.

1) The assailant probably wasn't one of mccoys core posse, because Delicia would have recognized his voice.

2)  the assailant was an acquaintance of the son, perhaps a known violent thug.  Son had perhaps mentioned all of moms jewelry. Son heard acquaintance's voice, said "oh sh**, I gotta get out of here before he beats me too".  And goes out the bedroom window.

Before you say this scenario is crazy, remember that this is what happened to Sean Taylor.  Everyone assumed that he was killed by a thug who he had a beef with, turned out to be an acquaintance of his wife.

 "

Regardless of who he heard, I can imagine him being highly motivated to avoid the beating his mom was taking....so getting out through he window makes a lot of sense. The bedsheet smells of desperation. When I was that age I just snuck out the unlocked front door. (If my parents discovered I was gone...they would then LOCK the door and I’d have to find a window to sneak back in. That says something....but I don’t think I want to know what. I’m not THAT easy to get rid of....)

I'm sorry....McCoy hired a someone to cater his party who was required to fly in, and this caterer showed up for her gig at McCoy house with "thousands of dollars" worth of jewelry"??  Uhhhh.....smells like bull ****!

But Shady doesn't do much to deter the gold digging groupies, does he?

Yes you did, several times.

"see above".

So the son was the most logical one who beat her up after asking specifically for the jewelry that McCoy wanted back?  And then, instead of walking out the front door, he shimmied down a sheet out his bedroom window?

Nope, never once said she did it herself.  I said she might have been gotten someone else to do it.

And I don't know how the son escaped afterwards.  That he was missing is the more important piece but the bed sheet hanging out of the window was odd.

Money makes people do and say some crazy **** to try and get a piece of it.  Again just witness that Philly nightclub farce.  And those were cops!

The woman that brought the jewelry was the same woman who he paid to bring “escorts” to the party. Are you naive or just choosing to ignore the trend of McCoy surrounding himself with unsavory people and using that to his benefit? Can’t really call the cops when your some played out pimp showing up there trying to hustle for some money can she? Same as the stripper on the bus? I’m sure she wasn’t exactly an upstanding person either, was she?

The lure of money attracts all kinds ?of desperate people, some people with money enjoy taking advantage of that.

Paul does not look to be too happy about this, but he doesn’t have to fill that gas tank! Always a silver lining....

You were clearly citing the other two posts that suggested she may have self inflicted those wounds.   You were agreeing with the inference.  I knew you would deny it in such Trumpian fashion though.

So what if I agreed that self-inflicted wounds were a possibility?  I didn't say it was the only possibility, the most likely, or even that it was as likely as any of the other possibilities.  That would be like me saying that you said he remotely unlocked the doors.  See the difference?

I suppose Silicon Valley (and Alley, for that matter) is surrounding itself with unsavory people, too...

And you can easily go back and re-read the beginnings of this thread.  I never once said or implied that she physically assaulted herself.

Anyway, certainly less likely than her own son beating her up to get McCoy's jewelry back and then jumping out his bedroom window.........right?

If you want to make some extra cash you can lease the boat to McCoy for a party and love boat. You need to stock the boat with plenty of safety vests because he has a tendency to throw women off his love vehicles for not producing what he wants to be produced.
