I think this was going to be the ladies only party that he had to cancel because of all the backlash. Ended up just having a family thing. I remember it being reported back then.

Exactly.

Between the people getting their panties in a twist over Tom and the haters who are looking for any excuse to get rid of Shady, this thread has been comedy gold.

That story makes no sense.

That said - this guy may not be worth the trouble.

At first I thought she was some sort of party planner, but probably a porn star who does parties/dances/strips.  McCoy Told about a big party she would be "hosting" and turns out it was a bunch of his people.  She wanted out and he wanted her!  Something about returning jewelry, etc...

So, despite his friend serving her child, the ex claims he never asked her to leave?

McCoy's friend (who is not a lawyer) filed the eviction papers and apparently she/her lawyer are claiming they thought he made it up and it wasn't McCoy's request and even if it was, it's not legit because, Friend and because, served 16 yr old minor son.

Shady needs a dad to teach him what kind of woman to hang out with.

How about Daddy Juice?

We could all make the board better by being a better person here. Me as much as anyone.

Tom may choose that path someday but for now his addiction to the board comes out in this way. He will help this place someday. He’s too active of a poster not to see what a positive influence he could become.

Sorry for the gif....

I don't like reading your posts. About this or football, so I would prefer it if you just blocked me and left me alone. I haven't come across a single of post of yours that I thought was interesting (I generally skip them) and I do not want to go back through them.

You call people idiots regularly, yet think you still deserve their attention. Your a bitter, tempermental poster who is stubborn, angry, and lacking in social grace. I would rather stick a fork in my eye than go back through your posts.

DC Tom is worthless. Ignoring him is best. He feeds on feeling important by calling everyone an idiot for whatever reason. Cause he’s a know it all and always right. He’ll probably respond but be ignored.

If you guys keep inflating his ego, he'll never stop, you know.  He's a bad hombre.

Lawyers are not required when filling eviction papers, though they are highly recommended, as they make sure there are no mistakes in the paperwork before filling.

I have filed eviction notices for my father many times, the notice is notarized by him, and the filing is just paying a clerk fee, they stamp it, and give your a receipt with a file reference# so it can be found by the court when needed.

The biggest issue is it was served to a 16 year old, which is still a minor in Georgia, but if she claims she saw the notice (aka the kid delivered it to her) then they will probably ask her why she didn't follow-up on it.

I think the red flag was when the party location was determined to be at a mobile site called "bang bus"

This is very telling of you and your emotionally charged takes (that you try to pass off as factual) on most things controversial, it all makes a lot more sense now. Deadspin is a junk publication one step away from being called the National Enquire and another step away from bankruptcy(Gawker). It's basically Bar Stool Sports written by people that know nothing about sports and think gossiping about Rob Kardashians love life is interesting.

You seem to really hate Deadspin.

Yes, I dislike all trash "publications," but they are extra cringey because they think they are "edgy" when they swear in some of their articles and social media posts.
