The Western Michigan cornerback who is no longer eligible to play college ball is pretty talented

And perhaps the Bills have picked up on that as they have attended his pro day

McDermott is definitely getting recognition as a DB whisperer and if he wants to pull the trigger on this young man I wouldn’t be too against it

especially if it is only a 3rd or 4th round selection

you can NEVER have enough cornerbacks especially in today’s age

He did have a solid pro day

3rd round pick ?

I think the 3rd or 4th is a solid round... you can be getting good upside there , the only thing I wonder is if he’s a a McDermott guy

His Coach portrays him a solid worker. What do you mean more specifically please? His academics ?

In addition to a high work ethic, seems clear McBeane want players who are selfless, team-first guys who prioritize winning above personal achievements.

Pretty much. I feel like being ineligible as a D1 football player is a big thing

I feel it might show a bit about your commitment level

but at the same time it doenst really mean you have bad character... I think it’s a case by case thing

how and when does the Sup. draft work?

All teams from 1-32 have a selection every round regardless of if they use it

the Bills can select Beal in the third round, if nobody else does with a higher pick we lose a 3rd next year

Ineligible as a D1 college football player is like failing the first grade.  What’s 4+4? Jello!

To be fair, there’s always room for Jello.

Nice, I hope he is clean, and a hard worker

and I wouldn’t mind if we scooped him up because I love depth

he ran a 4.47 his first attempt too not bad

Hate giving up future draft picks.

But next year tis the Season for Bills to ride Free agency a little harder.

ps i think quality depth is underrated. and Beanes knows it's true value over a full seasons time. and packages.

Yea I’m never a big supplemental draft guy but that’s usually because no one of worth enters

Occasionally there is a josh Gordon talent, very rarely.

i dont think Beal is that type of talent but I think he can be a slot corner or swing outside corner

could be worth a 4th

...with it being a 3rd or 4th as well as $85+ mil in the FA cookie jar, it seems pretty reasonable IMO.....
