Bark looks fantastic!!  Did you dry rub them, or just sauce them?

Got two briskets in right now. Ribs & wings in the morning. Having our big party tomorrow since the 4th was on a Wednesday, should have 30-40 people coming by.

Smoking a bunch of food for a party tomorrow. It’s a smoke out with about 10+ people smoking meats. 

 

I’ll be smoking:

-3 fatties

-10lbs of pork belly burnt ends

-1 rack of ribs (was sitting in my freezer) 

 

ill also be reverse searing on my Hemileayan salt block:

-3lb Tomahawk Ribeye

-16 boneless pork chops

 

and for desert I’ll be smoking:

-2 dozen Boston’s creme, Paula’s Doughnuts with bacon on top

Reverse sear is great for cooking for a group.

Those doughnuts sound awesome. Does the chocolate frosting melt off in the smoker?
