JoeF
Healthy mix...the crispier and the hotter the better. I am bald and like to have to wipe the sweat off my brow when eating wings. Personal preference ? 1

WhoTom
I prefer drums, but I'll eat either. I never knew the other part was called a "flat." On the side, celery with blue cheese. (The blue cheese is for the celery, not the wings.)

SlimShady'sSpaceForce
Both prefer drums - less work to eat them.
Fadingpain
Not much of a wing eater anymore, but when I was, it was always the drumsticks. I hate the other "2 bone" wings....too much work for not enough meat.
K-9
Flats? Nobody calls them paddles anymore?
Gugny
Love them both. Drums are easier to get the meat, but flats - if you're thorough - have plenty of meat, too. Love the challenge of the flats. You need to eat what you can from them, then pull them apart and suck the rest of the meat off the bone. I love a mixture.
NoSaint
I feel like maybe some folks in this thread aren’t eating the flats right if it’s too much work.... gug- why aren’t you just splitting the bones from the start?
Happy
Drums with lots of ranch. Not enough meat on flats.

KD in CA
Flats - tastier meat if cooked right.
Captain_Quint
I like the full wing, so both. I enjoy ripping the trotter from the paddle. As long as they're cooked right, it should pull right apart.
