Red Hen eateries feel the heat after Sarah Sanders booted from Virginia restaurant with same name

But when the co-owner of another restaurant named The Red Hen – this one almost 200 miles away in Lexington, Va. – refused to serve White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders on Friday night, it was open season on any eatery with Hen in its name.

“It was a bit of an interesting day yesterday,” Friedman told Fox News. “There were so many negative comments floating in on social media and people calling up my restaurants to threaten us.”

While Friedman tried to quickly quell any bird-brained backlash mistakenly directed at his Italian-influenced restaurant by posting on its social media accounts that his eatery had no affiliation to the one in Lexington, it did little to stop the flood of angry comments and calls.

One person called up one of Friedman’s other restaurants and threatened to blow it up, while another just repeated the word “shame” over and over again.

In Swedesboro, N.J., a family-style restaurant by the same name was also lambasted by supporters of President Trump – receiving about 200 phone calls and seeing their Facebook rating plummet to 1-star. The eatery was also finally forced to go to social media to clear up the issue.

"THE RED HEN IN SWEDESBORO, NEW JERSEY IS IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH THE RED HEN IN VIRGINIA,” a post on the New Jersey restaurant's Facebook page states. "Kindly check your facts before you erroneously defame an innocent business on Facebook."

"In no way?"  They have the same name.  That's enough evidence of guilt to publicly shame them.

The left wants mob rule, they shouldn't complain when they achieve it.

I'm just happy it wasn't a McDonald's.

If im the owner of a PRIVATE business.  I will deny whoever I want.

I'd exercise that right against shirtless, unshod, hooligans who could actually hurt my business.

Not working mothers of three paying good money to eat my slop.

I despise Huckabee-Sanders and most of what she stands for... But if, as an owner, you think the same idiots that can't get my steak right should be in position to

shoo-away revenue, then who's really in charge?  Your beloved business in now a platform for shiftless employees to achieve social-media fame.

Good luck trying to rein-in that lack of discipline.

Then you're a hypocrite.  You should be fighting Nazis with every tool at your disposal.

For that matter, the restaurant owner's a hypocrite.  She should have stabbed Huckabee-Sanders in the neck with a steak knife.  Because Nazis.

:o Ok, ok,  but can't the stabbings wait 'til after dinner?   -The leisurely walk home perhaps?

What good does a dead Nazi do my restaurant?

I'd want a Nazi to have the best dining experience of his life before I offed you.. -Oops, I meant him... Before I offed him.

Depends... Is that also grounds for getting 86'ed from a restaurant?

The owner, Stephanie Wilkinson tells Wa-po how it all went down here.

-Ugly, if you ask me.

I'm not sure what's funnier, all the stuff that this clueless twat "knows", or that the moron pissed off a bunch of other customers by cancelling their reservations so the chickenschiff and her staff can hide the next night.

Yah, cancelling everyone else's reservations was truly f__ked.  -I wouldn't let this woman run a lemonade stand that I owned.

The free market deciding the cost of being a deplorable.

Hahahahaha.

Imagine thinking that alienating half of the country is actually a GOOD thing.

The left really learned nothing from HRC.  They are doubling down.  Incredible.

There is going to be a shooting war in this country very soon, and you're the reason.

You've shredded the veil of civility, and are becoming violent.

I hope you've prepared to reap what you've sown.

If civil war is inevitable, our best case scenario is the attempted invasion of US soil by a foreign power.  If Americans have proved one thing, it's that we can unite against threats to our nation like nobodies business.

I also wonder if she made it right with the server that she !@#$ed out of a huge tip by heroically throwing them out (oh I mean just throwing the actual Nazi SHS out, but generously offering to allow the other 7 to stay if they so choose.) I'm also curious if she made it right with the entire staff she !@#$ed out of a shift by heroically closing the restaurant the next day to avoid possible backlash from her heroism.

If she's got a 26-seat restaurant, and can afford to boot a 7-top table, she must be doing really well...

As for the waiter's, and servers who got f__ked out Sat. nite tips, -it's mostly their fault!  -They're the morons who opted to boot Huckabee in the first place!

I kinda wonder if the server who actually had the 8 top voted to boot $100+ out the door.

That's assuming the twat is telling the truth in the first place...
