I wanted Johnson to start over Flutie based on his performance in the previous game  even though I loved Flutie

Thought Trent Edwards was going to be the real deal

but

I actually wanted the backup QB (name escapes me) to replace Jim Kelly before he actually did

^ Todd Collins or Frank Reich?

I thought there were times Jim Kelly should have taken a week or two more to recover from injury since the team always seemed to rally around Frank Reich

I thought JP Losman had what it took to be a very good, not great, QB

I believe Chan Gailey was the best HC the team had between Marv and McDermott

On that topic Marv was tremendous at managing ego's and a good motivational one liner at times, was but was not a great Xs and Os coach

I thought we got two defensive steals in the 2010 draft with Carrington and Moats.

I bought into the Darrick Rogers (WR) pre-season hype

Butch Byrd belongs on the Wall of Fame

Todd collins

That's what I thought, but wanted to cover the bases. Todd carved out a solid career as a backup and had a few moments late in his career.

i was so happy that the panthers took Cam Newton, and the broncos took Von Miller, because i truly believed that Marcel Dareus loved the game more than those two, and would make the biggest impact for years to come. his positive attitude and appreciation and work ethic were going to be the thing of legends!

ps...i was also in the "i really hope Nassib is there for us at 8" club.

You are forgiven.  Go forth my child and sin no more.

I wanted JJ Watt so badly in that draft.

Oh, now, that's serious.  I applaud you for your honesty, Sir.

We're all confessing our "Bills Sins" here, Gunner.  You do you.  Don't judge.

Haha my sins are in this thread too. Can I confess here that even though I know he is an arse I quite like Doug Marrone?

yup I believed in Tyrod

even Orton had me believing a little bit lol

Except when he rolled out, trying to escape the pressure. Check me on this, but I don’t think he EVER completed a pass running to his right.

Shocked at his retirement, but was over it quickly.

- i thought JP Losman was "our guy" long after it was apparent he wasn't.

- i thought Johnny Manziel should've been our next "guy"

- i thought CJ Spiller was going to be the next Thurman Thomas

- many, many more

I was excited to see Brian Brohm play. I thought he was a diamond in the rough.

I thought every QB the bills drafted since Jim Kelly was going to be the answer to our QB problems.

An issue that I am still guilty of today

There are so many!

I thought Shawn Nelson was going to be a stud TE

I wanted the Bills to draft Jimmy Claussen so badly

Wow.  With thoughts like those, I see why when they say "Don't be that guy", they mean you.  ?
