Doc Brown Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 (edited) Psyched about this guy. Should be a key part of this team for the next 15 to 20 years along with Eichel. Now, will they trade O'Reilly? Edited June 23, 2018 by Doc Brown

Side note; man some of these kids are so young. It's weird to think that 2nd and 3rd round picks are basically bums in the NHL, which makes you wonder were are the good players coming from, the teams aren't all first rounders?
26CornerBlitz Posted June 23, 2018 Author Posted June 23, 2018 (edited) Here are five players the Sabres should consider with their first pick on Saturday morning: Bode Wilde Defenseman [shoots right], United States Development Program 6'2", 196 lbs Serron Noel Right-Wing, Oshawa Generals 6'5", 209 lbs Akil Thomas Center, Niagara Ice Dogs 6'0", 170 lbs Ryan McLeod Center, Mississauga Steelheads 6'2", 190 lbs Mattias Samuelsson Defenseman [shoots left], United State National Development Program 6'3", 216 lbs Edited June 23, 2018 by 26CornerBlitz

They were drafting kids born in 2000. That should make us all feel old 1 1
Johnny Hammersticks Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 So who do we want here at 32? I feel like we should go after a winger here.
Dr. Who Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 I think Wilde and Thomas are the best available. I'd put talent over position need.
Dr. Who Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 He's a big fella, 6'4" -- one of the message boards say he is a safe pick. Some think we should have taken a chance on someone with more risk, but more upside. Looks like we want to solidify the blueline. Seems a good idea to me.
