Ice bowl 67 Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 (edited) You guys will be surprised at how much the area has changed since then around the stadium that is. They have that new area next to the stadium called Titletown. They have a huge slide where kids can slide down, an outdoor Foosball table, air hockey table and an outdoor Botche ball game. They also have an outdoor football field where you Bill fans can hang out and play outdoor football. They also have a restaurant inside the facility and history of the Packers. They bulldozed all the area homes, hotels and restaurants to build this last year. They use to have a Kmart, Roadstar inn and a Hardees next to the stadium that no longer exists. In Downtown Green Bay they have some Packer history down there. You guys can take a ride by Vince Lombardi's old house. Here is the link to the tour in downtown Green Bay called the Packer Heritage Trail. http://www.packersheritagetrail.com/ Here is a link to the Titletown Park next to the stadium. https://www.titletown.com/ Just remember September 30th will be here in a blink of an eye. 4_kidd_4 Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 K-Mart diners, now those were the bees knees. They were no Hills snack bar, however. 2

Saxum Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 Feels a shame that people needed to lose homes for new stadium. I wonder if those who lost homes remained Packer fans.
BearNorth Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 Beef on Weck > Hardees or Arbys. At least Buffalo wins that one, 3 1

Augie Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 My Brother in law has a friend with 4 bleacher seats available at face value. He said we could sell the 4th or let me, my sister and her husband use the extra 18” of bleacher space. How much is an extra 6”/per person worth. I suspect I’d pay it!

Overdue Bill Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 I think that I have to go to this game...every since I saw the "frozen tundra" clip on NFL Films, I have wanted to visit Green Bay. The fact that it is September game makes it interesting.
