Top LB's of all-time

Though, unless I missed it, The Biscuit is not in the Pro Football HOF. Though, if my memory serves me right, he is in the college HOF, right?

The rankings are just laughable... Singletary and Lambert outside of the top 10?? Derrick Thomas # 2? Ha! Fun read though.

Derrick Thomas at #2 isn’t a stretch IMO.

I agree Singletary should be higher along with Ray Lewis and Junior Seau.

I would probably have Lewis #2 over Thomas but Thomas would still be top 5.

He was taken off the field in the AFC Championship game because he was getting trucked play after play...

Ray Lewis not in the top 5 is a crime.  He’s number 2 imo.  Singletary should also be top 10.

Not the first time I’ve heard Ray Lewis and crime mentioned in the same sentence ?

Shouldn’t he be evaluated on his entire body of work and career?

I'm not saying he wasn't a great player but I doubt if another player on that list was EVER taken off the field in such an important game because he was getting manhandled.

I think he's probably third behind Butkus.  Butkus was just such a monster in his time.

With all due respect, no way in hell is Derrick Thomas a #2 LB of all time.

Shut, ZACH Thomas was as good as Derrick.

Just my opinion, but jeesh

Not even top 10

Although I think it's fair he never made the Hall of Fame...it's an absolute crime Biscuit hasn't been put on the Wall of Fame yet at New Era...He was right up there with Kelly, Bruce, Thurman and Andre as a face of the franchise in his playing days but as years have passed it seems like most have forgotten about the impact he had during the glory years.

It also said Bennett is in the HoF.  Did I miss something?

I caught that also. No, he is not in the HOF. I honestly don't think Gil researches or has anyone proof read his stuff anymore.

That’s what jumped out to me. Ray Lewis belongs at 2 or 3.

Good to see Bennett and Fletcher recognized.

Don't let the chief's hate blind you guys. Dt was one of the greatest lbs of all time. Had he lived longer his records would be astronomical.

Lambert got all the media hype but Ham got the respect of coaches and players, and this list as well

Thomas was too much of a pass rushing specialist (and he was fantastic at that) to be regarded #2 best all around LB of all time!

No, Biscuit (not "the" Biscuit) is not in the HOF.

Agree Singletary should be way up there.  Aside from being a great LB, the guy is the personification of "leader", "warrior", and "team before self".

I dream of having a Bills roster filled with Singletary types.
